Created in close collaboration with her family, the M·A·C Selena La Reina collection, is M·A·C’s new and second Selena collection – inspired by Selena’s unique music style, distinctive global influence, and undeniable beauty. Rich shades in a variety of product categories flatter all skin types and tones, while speaking to the icon’s legendary makeup looks. “The colours in the eye palette range from warm nudes that compliment every skin tone, to some rich toned earthy browns. Suzette Quintanilla Arriaga, Selena’s sister, shared the inspiration behind the black and silver rhinestone packaging “This collection is so special to me because it celebrates Selena’s 25-year legacy and I wanted the packaging to be fun and memorable! The true inspiration behind the packaging is Selena’s ICONIC rhinestone bra and really led to the holographic feel for the rest of the collection so it pulled everything together!”
