Saturday Night Live Returned With a Quarantine Special!

In case you ever wondered, “hey, is acting a job”--yes, yes it is. And thank you to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are becoming reminded more and more each day. What do I mean by this? Well, take a look at your favorite shows. Just recently, Saturday Night Live returned with a special episode that featured all of its cast members at home.

Yes, at home!

Tom Hanks hosted, and initially I thought, “Forrest is definitely going to want to run away from this”.

The show was unusual and a little hit or miss at times (like MOST episodes of SNL), but it did manage to generate a laugh or two, and afterall, isn’t that why we watch Saturday Night Live in the first place? If seeing Pete Davidson imitate Drake by hosting a music video in his mother's basement, one small step forward toward a chance at normalcy again, I’ll take it.

One thing is certain, this quarantine has affected each and everyone of us, actors included!
